For a package in the hands of an outside delivery service, please check that service’s web site:

• FedEx
• LSO [Lone Star Overnight]
• UPS [United Parcel Service of America]
• USPS [United States Postal Service]

If you’ve exhausted all the options above and still can’t find any information about your package, please contact Central Receiving (receiving@utdallas.edu / 972.883.2779).
