Due to the transition to online classes, Parking & Transportation Services is currently processing credits directly to student accounts for the remaining value of spring and summer parking permits. Credits will be issued to currently enrolled students that had purchased parking permits for the spring and summer semesters. Credits will be applied directly to student accounts, applying first to any balances due. Those with no balance due will be issued a prorated refund. All students should ensure their student account is set up for electronic fund transfer (EFT [Electronic Fund Transfer] ) refunds to expedite any potential refund. Those without an EFT [Electronic Fund Transfer] profile that are owed a refund will receive paper checks via mail in 3-4 weeks. Please ensure your mailing address in Orion is current and correct.
