An unusual spring semester has come to an end, one where students sheltering-in-place on campus and Dining Services staff kept physically apart but grew closer together. Amid the service changes enacted to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 outbreak, many students got to know our staff on a first-name basis. At the end of the semester, students surprised the Dining staff with thank-you cards and messages of gratitude.
