Available Spaces

UT Dallas utilizes a parking guidance system in all of our parking garage structures. As you drive down the aisle, an overhead row of colored LED [Light-Emitting Diode] lights shows you where the unoccupied, available spaces are located. As a result, you quickly find an appropriate place to park. The LED light colors are aligned with our permit pass colors to designate the space type, or are colored white for metered parking areas. When the light is turned off or unlit, it designates that all the surrounding spaces are unavailable or occupied.
